the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner services |

comprehensive product knowledge; being at all times attentive
to customer needs; and demonstrating sound technical skills |

| Waiters
are required to take initiative and responsibility with
guests from the minute they walk into the premises |
| |
| Interact
clearly and concisely with kitchen staff and other colleagues
|
| |
| Clear
down and reset the restaurant at the end of breakfast,
lunch and dinner services |
| |
| Work
within Company policy and/or legal requirements with respect
to: health and safety; food safety; environmental policy;
cleaning and hygiene; security and licensing |

| Any
other tasks as required by management |
