Restaurant Supervisor at The Victoria Main terms Our requirements Job purpose & key responsibilities Recruitment procedure 5 shifts pw     Up to 48 hours pw       2 days off pw     Salary of £20,000 pa (incl. service charge)*               Experience at supervisory level   Good knowledge of food and wine     2 excellent references     Excellent communication     Determination to provide great service       An eye for detail                 To take full responsibility for delivering consistently excellent customer service in the restaurant and hotel   Recruit, train, direct, motivate and performance manage a team of waiting and support staff who deliver consistently excellent customer service   Manage that team in accordance with the procedures set out in the Company’s Investors In People policy   At all times to work in accordance with procedures set out in the Company’s Operations Manual   Ensure full compliance with Company policy and/or legal requirements with respect to: health and safety; food safety; environmental policy; cleaning and hygiene; security and licensing   Operate within agreed cost parameters and work to achieve company sales and gross profit targets   Communicate strategic business opportunities to the directors   At all times promote a professional image of the Company to customers, staff, suppliers and other third parties Contact us with your CV     Arrange an interview       We may then ask you to attend a trial day   We will tell you our decision within 2 days of your trial day                  * The service charge is shared out by a staff committee and not by us, because there is less tax for you to pay this way.
