Our expectations of people applying for jobs at The Victoria
• To be on time for an interview or to warn us if there is cause for delay.
• To attend an interview suitably dressed.
• To attend an interview properly informed about The Victoria by having browsed our website
• To be honest about background, experience and qualifications.
• To answer any telephone calls or emails from us in a timely way.
• To behave in a professional and courteous way at all times.

Our commitment to people applying for jobs at The Victoria
• We will respond by email to all people applying for a job.
• When time allows, we will confirm all interviews by email.
• We will not mislead applicants as to job role, content, terms of employment or any other material factor.
• We will be on time for interviews and treat all applicants with courtesy and respect at all times.
• We will respond to all applicants after interview promptly by telephone or email whether they are successful or not.
• We will not take references about an applicant without their express permission.
• We will not offer a position and subsequently withdraw the offer other than as a result of bad references.
