Working to maintain and enhancing the reputation of The Victoria as
a friendly, professionally run and excellent business
Looking after our customers in an intelligent, courteous and
pro-active way
Preparing for and serving lunch and dinner

A professional, disciplined and organised approach to work
The ability to engage people in a polite, helpful and personable
way
Experience of working in a busy restaurant is preferred but
is not essential
We will need at least one recent and good reference

Principal
terms |

40 hours per week
Mixture of split and double shifts, weekdays and weekends as
needed
Basic salary of £4.85 per hour (plus holiday pay)
PLUS
The service charge (tronc) committee advises that this position will
receive approx service charge of £3.00 per hour
