  Duties  
  • Working to maintain and enhancing the reputation of The Victoria as a friendly, professionally run and excellent business
• Looking after our customers in an intelligent, courteous and pro-active way
• Preparing for and serving lunch and dinner
 

  Personal qualities  
  • A professional, disciplined and organised approach to work
• The ability to engage people in a polite, helpful and personable way
• Experience of working in a busy restaurant is preferred but is not essential
• We will need at least one recent and good reference
 

  Principal terms  
  • 40 hours per week
• Mixture of split and double shifts, weekdays and weekends as needed
• Basic salary of £4.85 per hour (plus holiday pay)
PLUS
The service charge (tronc) committee advises that this position will receive approx service charge of £3.00 per hour
