| Duties | ||

Working to maintain and enhancing the reputation of The Victoria as
a friendly, professionally run and excellent business • Preparation for and service of lunch and dinner |
| Personal qualities | ||

A professional, disciplined and organised approach to your work • Attention to detail and not being prepared to settle for second best • You will need to demonstrate to us that you have had good experience of working in a busy restaurant cooking food of a high standard • Recent and excellent references are absolutely essential |
| Principal terms | ||

Eight shifts per week • 50-55 hours per week • Two consecutive days off per week • One weekend in four off • Salary £16,000 to £18,500 per annum. The service charge committee has advised that in addition to this salary, the position of Chef de Partie will also receive (after a trial period) a share of the weekly service charge which amounts to a further £1,500 per year. |

The Victoria is easy to get to by train from Waterloo (18 mins), Vauxhall
(15 mins) and Clapham Junction (11 mins). It is also easy to get to
on a bus to the tube at Hammersmith. • We try to make sure that you always leave work in time to catch the last train at night if this is how you travel. • If it would help with your travel, we are happy to discuss the free loan of a company scooter whilst you work with us. |
