Dingley Dell ‘flying visit’ at The Victoria Wednesday 25th of April was a crazy day! Once lunch was out of the way we turned our attention to one of the most ambitious evenings we have hosted at The Victoria... Five of the country’s leading chefs were invited to join Paul in the kitchen to provide a five course menu featuring one key ingredient – Dingley Dell's fantastic British pork.
